TIOTI is a social media aggregator for television. They use the web to put together all sorts of information about TV shows, and let you the audience edit and add to that. They let you see what’s hot, what other people like and where you can get it from.

They basically pull together information sources about TV shows from all over the web, connect that information with the full spectrum of download sources on the Internet and filter everything so that you and your friends can get hold of your favorites as seamlessly as possible. Each show and episode can also be recommended to people, rated, discussed with others, and you can see what shows other people enjoy.

In Spring 2007 TIOTI received angel funding from a group of London based investors. in October 2007 TIOTI added to this with Series A investment from Pond Ventures to fund future development of the site and expand TIOTI’s features into new areas

Advisors to TIOTI include the former CTO of Vodafone and the former busines development director at Discovery Channel Europe, currently business ventures SVP at Fremantle Media.
